It was a great evening for the Balboa Yacht Club's Beer Can races on Thursday July 23rd.  The Cal-40 that started late and was the last boat around the mark is "Ralphie" owned by Davis Pillsbury of Newport Beach.  A few years  back there was a large fleet of Cal-40's in the Trans-Pac race. "Ralphie" was the overall winner of the Cal-40 class...

Help Wanted--- Local boater to stock shelves, help customers and perform the dozens
of other tasks required in a unique business such as ours.  Interesting work with lots
of heavy lifting (sails mostly) customer relations, computer and cashier duties.  Must know
