It was a great evening for the Balboa Yacht Club's Beer Can races on Thursday July 23rd. The Cal-40 that started late and was the last boat around the mark is "Ralphie" owned by Davis Pillsbury of Newport Beach. A few years back there was a large fleet of Cal-40's in the Trans-Pac race.
